A note about winter in Talmont.
Upper Talmont is a true mountain neighborhood. Reaching the cabin involves driving uphill through the neighborhood, and after winter storms the roads can be snow-covered or icy. Renters should be comfortable driving in Tahoe winter conditions.
The cabin has off-street parking for two vehicles on a steep driveway. Professional driveway snow removal is included with the lease.
